- Use the small rake to collect the letter.
- Move down two times then go upstairs move to the left then move to the right and go towards the umbrella and into the patient's mind.
- Give the letter to the mannequin.
- Collect the mosaic.
- Move down two times then moved left.
- Click the fountain to trigger a mini game.
- Place the mosaic onto the board.
- Solve the game by arranging the pieces so that none of the same colors touch.
- Collect the key.
- Move down three times.
- Use the key to unlock the middle door.
- Move ahead.

- Collect the grappling hook.
- Move down once and go left then move right and go towards the umbrella.

- Insert the gem into the base.
- Place the safe dial and the signet ring into the safe.
- Click the dials to match the code.
- Click the lever.
- Collect the first map piece and the diary key.
- Move down once then left, then right and move towards the umbrella to enter the patient's mind and move ahead.
- Insert the diary key into the lock and collect the letter.
- Move down once.
- Give the mannequin the letter.
- Click the fountain to trigger a hidden objects game.
- Place the items in the correct places.
- Collect the emitter.
- Move ahead.
- Place the black, the Renée, the nurse, the professor, the agent and the emitter onto the model.
- Click the red button and examine the mirror to trigger a mini game.
