Level 21

1. Chop trees
2. Build 2 wells along top
3. Repair bridge to bank
4. Pay pirate 1500 gold
5. Send 2 workers to the farm
6. Buy wood
7. Build bridge to right
8. Build 2 wells
9. Hire to 6 workers
10. Build 2 chalets
11. Dismiss farm workers when you have 75 food to build last chalet
12. Upgrade all chalets
13. Demolish bank
14. Build 6th chalet and upgrade

Level 22

1. Collect wood from road
2. Build well on left
3. Buy wood
4. Build bridge to left for 200 wood
5. Build market
6. Build next well
7. Build bridge at bottom right for 150 wood
8. Build bank
9. Add gardens to the 3 houses
10. Pay pirate 2500 gold
11. Clear wood
12. Build well
13. Build chalet, upgrade and add garden
14. Build bridge 500 wood
15. Build cabin and add garden

Level 23

1. Chop wood and collect berries
2. Demolish cabins 3
3. Build wells
4. Build 3 chalets
5. Build sawmill and market
6. Buy wood and food evenly
7. Demolish a cabin and build chalet (5 times)
8. Add gardens to all 8 chalets
9. Build 2 flowerbeds and 3 gramophones

Level 24

1. Clear wood and lots
2. Demolish banks
3. Build 2 wells
4. Build 4 cabins and upgrade
5. Build market and buy food
6. Pay glutton 200 food
7. Add gardens to 4 cabins
8. Build well next to market
9. Build cabin, upgrade and add garden
10. Build bridge for 300 wood
11. Build 2 cabins, upgrade and add garden

Level 25

1. Send 2 workers to farm
2. Chop wood and pick berries
3. Build 2 wells
4. Build 4 chalets
5. Add gardens to 2 chalets
6. Hire workers to 7
7. Pay pirate 2000 gold
8. Send 4 workers to 2 forestries
9. Hire to 9 workers
10. Add gardens to 2 more chalets
11. Pay pirate  8500 gold
12. Build 3 gramophones

Level 26

1. Demolish statue
2. Build 6 cabins
3. Build bank
4. Add 5 gardens
5. Upgrade 5 cabins
6. Build market and sawmill
7. Add 6th garden and upgrade
8. Build 8 flowerbeds and a statue

Level 27

1. Chop trees
2. Send 2 to mine
3. Repair 2nd mine and send 2 workers
4. Buy 4 berry plants (only)
5. Hire 4 workers to a total of 10 workers
6. Pay off pirate
7. Chop wood
8. Clear stone
9. Buy wood
10. Send 5 workers to ship

Level 28

1. Chop down trees and pick berries
2. Make 2 building lots
3. Build 2 cottages
4. Build 3rd lot
5. Build market
6. Add gardens and upgrade 2 cottages
7. Pay glutton 200 food
8. Chop more trees
9. Build 2 cottages, add gardens and upgrade
10. Pay pirate 2000 gold
11. Chop trees
12. Build 5th cottage, upgrade, and add garden
13. Buy 500 food

Level 29

1. Send 2 workers to farm
2. Chop trees and pick berries
3. Build chalet and add garden
4. Build bridge
5. Upgrade the chalet
6. Chop trees
7. Build 2 chalets, add garden
8. Hire 7th worker
9. Pay pirate to left 1500 gold
10. Build sawmill
11. Pay pirate blocking bees and repair hive
12. Repair bridge to right
13. Make building lots on water
14. Build 3 cabins with gardens
15. Don't worry about far pirate and bees

Level 30

1. Send 2 workers to the farm
2. Demolish the bank
3. Chop down trees
4. Build bridge to forestry for 200 wood
5. Send 2 workers to forestry
6. Chop down trees
7. Dismiss one work from forestry
8. Build 2 lots on the water
9. Build 3 cabins with gardens
10. Send worker back to forestry
11. Cheer up leprechaun
12. Send workers to 2nd forestry when first runs out
13. At around 3000 gold, Demolish a cabin
14. Remove worker from forestry
15. Build sawmill and buy 250 wood twice
16. Remove workers from farm and forestry
17. Demolish all other buildings
