- The
storerooms can contain different items including a production bonus
that will cause a building to produce up to a triple amount of output.
Use the storerooms as they become available and go there
first if you can.
- After
the first few levels, you will be able to click on your worker to make
him work faster. This is crucial to some levels and something
I
do so habitually that I do not tell you to do so but just assume you
will.
- Wizards--good thing or bad thing? They kind
of impede your progress but they also give you a production bonus if
you chase them off.
- Wizards will go away even if you don't click on them.
You won't get the bonus production though.
- It is easier
to keep your buildings from freezing than to unfreeze them, so put
priority on stopping the freezing balls and then click on the wizard,
rather than clicking on the wizard and repairing the damage later.
- You can hear a whooshing sound before a wizard comes.
- The level does not finish until you complete both the main
task and the bonus task, so don't worry about doing the bonus first.
- The goal items for the main task have a green arrow
bouncing over it and the bonus tasks have a gold bouncing arrow.
- You must finish the main tasks before the time expires to
move on.
- Sparkling obstacles indicate that it will provide you with
resources when you remove it.
- Hovering over an obstacle or building
will tell you what resources you need to remove or build it.
If
it produces resources there will also be an white box underneath with
the income.
- Sometimes debris or a swamp will give you resources
and sometimes it won't. You can tell by looking for the
sparkles and/or the income
box.
- The ultimate goal for the game is to get all the trophies.
To do this you will need to finish all 4 chapters, complete
all bonus tasks for all 4 chapters, complete the 4 bonus
levels, and complete the collection of items dropped by the dragon.
Basic Strategy (this is not always the case but a pretty good start):
1. Collect from the storerooms
2. Build sawmill
3. Build farm
4. Build mine
5. Build house
6. Repeat until you max out for the level
7. Build everything up before you clear further down the road or go after
the Wizards.
8. Destroy the Wizard's Portal before going after the other goals, unless
you happen to like the bonus a wizard gives.
