Astro Avenger... Not Just For Guys

When I was a wee little girl, my older brother's idea of babysitting meant him taking me with him to the local arcade and plunking me down on a nearby stool so I could watch him play video games. I always felt so cool sittin' there with the "grown-up kids" and having VIP seating for all that video game action! One game I remember clearly was called TIME PILOT. It was a flying/shooter game that practically guaranteed motion sickness with all the scrolling and flashing explosions!!

Anyway, Zavy teased me the other day about reviewing nuthin' but "girly games" lately so I decided to give AstroAvenger a shot. Girls... all I can say is that if you need to blow off some steam or get out some aggression, you NEED to try this game!!! Not only was it full of explosive FUN but it totally reminded me of good ol' Time Pilot!! Woah, did I just write "totally?!" Wow... I'm stuck in the 80's today!
